Gala Dinner

CIPC joined with other local churches for the Gala Dinner.  This fundraising event provided wonderful fellowship in an elegant setting while raising a significant funds for Sub-saharan Africans in Morocco.

New Renovations

May was a busy time for CIPC.  Among other events and activities, the bathrooms were completely renovated!

Baby Dedication and Kids' Day

Our children are cherished at CIPC.  In May we celebrated children through Baby Dedication and Kids' day.

Playground Dedication

This year CIPC committed to a project to create a play area for the children of CIPC at the church. The project is completed and we dedicated it today.

Baptism 2011

Yesterday 11 people were Baptized at CIPC... a couple of those being baptized traveled for several hours to participate in this service and be baptized. It was a great day of rejoicing as many committed their lives to Christ.

Baby Dedication 2011

Yesterday we dedicated 10 babies and their parents to the Lord. What a great time of prayer and rejoicing for the gifts God has given to these parents!

CIPC Worker Appreciation Dinner

This year we had a great CIPC Worker Appreciation Dinner. We had fun, and good food, and a great message from Pastor Kevin Taylor.

CIPC Playground

We broke ground on our CIPC Playground Project on May 8th. Things are progressing nicely and we hope the playground will be ready to use soon. We know this is going to be a great blessing to our children (and to their parents)!

It was great to have Larry Bradshaw at CIPC ministering the Word and praying for many in the congregation.

UPDATE from David at Resonate

The conference is awesome.... It is still going on... We have had wonderful worship times, wonderful speakers , and the breakout sessions are great with a lot of good teaching...

I am thankful for the lovely people around me here; they are all awesome. I really feel the sense of being in God's family where you can easily experience good time with someone you did not know.

I met with one guy... I was just sitting in the cfn cafeteria and he came to me and asked me, "Are you David?" I was like WOW where do you know me sir? He said he received the message on the blog saying DAVID IS IN DALLAS...

In a couple hours they will begin the live worship recording ... that is going to be awesome!

Dallas is great... all days have been sunny so far , except Wednesday - it SNOWED all day long!!!

I hope you are doing well in Casablanca, my greetings to the church.

I gotta go back to the conference now ...

David (our worship leader at CIPC) is heading to Dallas Texas, USA this week to attend the Christ for the Nations Resonate Worship Conference.

Please pray for David to have a safe trip and for his life to be powerfully impacted this week.

More Goodbyes - June 2010

In June we said Goodbye to many members of CIPC as well as Pastor Jean Luk & Marlene of EEAM and our own daughter who is in the USA attending university.

Worker's Appreciation Dinner

One of the highlights of CIPC each year is our Workers Appreciation Dinner. Anyone in the church who has a ministry of any kind is invited and we enjoy a nice meal together, share stories, and testimonies and song. This year Carol started us off we a fun game followed by a wonderful Couscous!

Thank you to everyone who works so hard all year to make CIPC a great church!

CIPC Courtyard Dedication

On May 16, 2010 we dedicated the courtyard to the Lord... we are believing this space will be used for fellowship times, Bible studies, and many different ways that will help the church grow stronger. We are so thankful the Lord has made this project a reality and we are thankful for all the members of CIPC who sowed into this project with their finances.

Valentines Day

Another Depaarture

We have had many students from CIPC receive visas to study in Europe and America. Our most recent is Wilson. He has received a scholarship to the University of Texas in Austin. Last week Wilson received word that his visa request was approved and he will leave Thursday for Texas. Today was his last day at CIPC. Please pray for Wilson to have good success in Texas and to find a great church to be a part of.

Saying Goodbye

One of the difficult "jobs" in pastoring CIPC is saying Goodbye to so many friends. Patrice and Cedine are the last founding members attending CIPC. They began attending CIPC as singles and began dating and were married. They now have a son David and a daughter Paule. We cried as we hugged and prayed and said Goodbye in the Casablanca Airport. They have received visas to Canada. Please pray for them that things go well as they begin a new life there.

New Church

We have launched a new Church in Tanger meeting on Tuesday evenings. If you are living in Tanger we invite you to join us every Tuesday evening at 7pm as we worship the Lord together. Visit us online at www.TangerChurch.org

Returning Home

Samson and Patience have decided to return home to their nation of Nigeria. I had the honor of taking them to the airport and having prayer for them as they return to their nation. Please remember them in prayer. Samson has completed all the Bible Training we offer at CIPC and has proved himself to be a faithful student of the Word of God. God has called Samson into the ministry and so he is returning to Nigeria to do more studies and pursue the call of God on his life.

If you are an immigrant and need assistance to return home to your nation, we encourage you to visit the OMI office in Rabat. OMI has a goal to help West African Immigrants in Morocco to repatriate to their nation every week.

Team CIPC Plays GWA

CIPC played GWA this week. The match was tied 2/2. Both teams played a great game.

Christmas 2009

We had a wonderful Christmas service this year with special Kidz Church Presentations, music, dance, and of course our annual Christmas Stocking Project.

We continued celebrating with dinner on the grounds and fellowship time. It was really a great Christmas!

PC Preaches Revival in Italy

PC had the opportunity to preach a revival in Naples Italy at Sure Foundations Ministry, pastored by Reverend Joe Fears. It was a great week and lives were blessed.

Steve McMichael Preaches at CIPC

We were honored to have Steve McMichael and his family visit CIPC. Steve brought a fresh Word and blessed CIPC.

PC & Sis Carol - 5 Year Anniversary

When we returned to CIPC in August from a short visit to the USA, we were greeted by a church wearing white T-shirts that read "BE A BLESSING" - CIPC. We celebrated 5 years of ministry that day at CIPC with special music, skit, snacks, and of course Anniversary Cakes! To everyone who is or has been a part of CIPC - Thank you! It is an honor to serve as your pastor.
